This is a new class and booking with Ana is a MUST on 07713 996660 or Facebook@PoundwithAna.You use exercise drumsticks and do some high-intensity exercises and then focus on your breathing and meditation.

Table Tennis

Freckenham Fun Time

10.00-11.30am

A fun group for the Under 5s with an accompanying adult. It is £3 a family group which includes a cup of tea/coffee. This is also a time where the hall can be used as a Warm Space where anyone can attend for a drink and chat.

Dance-based fitness class with a difference, where the focus is on learning the routines as well as physical exercise.

It is a very informal and friendly way to get dancing, even if you think you can’t dance come along and see if you can! There is a real mix of dance from swing jive, rock n roll, to the gentler ballroom style and a few more styles in between! We even have some dances were you don’t need to have a partner.

There will be a come and try session in the afternoon of Sunday 31^st July, same day as the Chippenham Fen Walk so come after the walk if you have booked or before it not!
